CD200和CD200R在膀胱和肾脏肿瘤表达的研究

目的探索CD200在膀胱、肾脏表达及其在肿瘤微环境的免疫调节作用。方法应用组织芯片技术,对50例膀胱、肾脏肿瘤组织和癌旁正常组织CD200、CD200R的表达进行对比研究。结果膀胱癌、肾癌及其癌旁组织CD200和CD200R均呈现不同程度的表达。其中,膀胱癌组织CD200R表达、肾癌组织CD200和CD200R表达显著减低,且以CD200R减低为主。结论 CD200和CD200R在膀胱、肾脏组织表达,且具有一定的组织差异性,提示其在肿瘤微环境免疫调节中具有潜在的价值。

Objective To explore CD200 expressed in bladder,kidney,and the immunoregulatory effects of tumor microenvironment.Methods The expression of CD200 and CD200R were detected in 50 cases of bladder,renal tumor tissue and adjacent tissue by tissue microarray technology.Results The expression of CD200 and CD200Rin bladder,kidney,and adjacent tissue of carcinoma present different level.The expressions of CD200 Rin bladder,and both CD200 and CD200Rexpression in kidney tissue significantly reduced,especially with CD200 Rdecreases.Conclusion CD200 and CD200Rexpressed in bladder,kidney were found,and which presents certain difference.The results suggest that CD200 and CD200Rare the potential elements of prompting the immune regulation in tumor microenvironment.
