摘要
目的获取兔神经系统脑和脊髓不同区域和节段的表观弥散系数值(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC值),观察上述区域ADC值的范围,探讨兔脑和脊髓ADC值的变化规律。方法采用12只普通级新西兰家兔,用弥散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging,DWI)序列分别扫描兔脑皮质区、脑白质区、中脑、脑桥、小脑、延髓以及颈1至腰3各椎体水平的脊髓,获取上述区域正常的ADC值。结果兔脑和脊髓正常ADC值的范围是0.763×10-3 mm/s-1.56×10-3 mm/s。结论磁共振DWI序列可以用于兔神经系统的检查。在受检区域中,兔小脑区的ADC值最低。兔脑部的ADC值略低于兔脊髓的ADC值。
Objective To obtain rabbit nervous system of brain and spinal cord in different regions and segments of the apparent diffusion coefficient numerical value(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC),the ADC numerical value range of observation,to study the changes of the ADC numerical values in rabbit's brain and spinal cord.Methods 12 normal New Zealand rabbits are adopted with diffusion weighted imaging(diffusion-weighted imaging DWI)sequence to scanning the rabbits' brain cortex,brain white matter,midbrain,pons,cerebellum,medulla and the spinal cord from the level of Cervical vertebra 1to Lumbar vertebra 3,then get the areas of normal ADC numerical values.Results The range of rabbits' brain and spinal cord of the normal values of ADC is 0.763×10-3 mm/s-1.56×10-3 mm/s.Conclusion Magnetic resonance DWI sequences can be used for the examination of nervous system in rabbits.In the subject areas,the ADC numerical value of the rabbit's cerebellum was the lowest.The value of ADC in rabbit's brain was slightly lower than that of ADC in rabbit's spinal cord.
