摘要
针对液相法制备氧化铝前驱体的团聚问题,采用直接沉淀法,以硝酸铝和氨水为原料制备了氧化铝的前驱体α-Al(OH)3,研究了3种分散剂对α-Al(OH)3团聚的影响。结果表明:分散剂的种类对α-Al(OH)3团聚有较大影响,阴离子型分散剂六偏磷酸钠(Na PO3)6的分散效果最好,非离子型聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)次之,聚乙烯醇(PVA)最差。
In this paper, aiming at the problem of agglomeration on alumina precursors preparation with the liquid phase method, using the direct precipitation method, the alumina precursors α-Al(OH) 3 was prepared with reactants of aluminum nitrate and ammonia, the influence of different dispersants on α-Al(OH) 3 agglomeration was studied. The results show that the type of dispersants has great influence on α- Al (OH)3 agglomeration. The anionic dispersant sodium hexametaphosphate (NaPO3 )6 has the best dispersion effect, non ionic dispersant polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) takes the second place, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) has the worst dispersion effect.
