柠檬酸掺量对硫氧镁水泥耐水性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了研究柠檬酸掺量对硫氧镁水泥耐水性能的影响,对不同柠檬酸掺量的硫氧镁水泥浸水不同龄期前后的抗压强度、水化产物组成及显微结构进行了测试,讨论了柠檬酸掺量对硫氧镁水泥耐水性能的影响规律。结果表明,掺入0.1%~1.5%的柠檬酸,对硫氧镁水泥耐水性具有明显的影响,以龄期28 d为评价基点,柠檬酸掺量为1.0%时,软化系数为0.84,相对不掺柠檬酸时,软化系数提高320%;XRD、SEM分析表明:掺入1.0%柠檬酸后更有利于5Mg(OH)2·Mg SO4·7H2O(5·1·7相)的生成,胶凝能力较差的Mg(OH)2相相对生成较少,结构较密实,因而耐水性较好。 In order to study the water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement( MOS), the MOS cement pastes mixed with different amount of citric acid were tested on the compressive strength before and after immersion in water. The results show that MOS cement containing citric acid has higher water resistance than that without modifier additives for it is favorable to the formation of 5Mg(OH) 2 · MgSO4· 7H20 (5 · 1 · 7 phase ) and has a more compact mierostructure. The water resistance of MOS cement was influenced by the amount of citric acid. For the extend of 0.1%-1.5% , mixtures with 1.0% citric acid can produce more 5 · 1· 7 phase and less Mg (OH)2, which benefits the water resistance of MOS cement.
