新型涡流分级机分级区流场特性数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 为获取新型涡流分级机分级区流场分布情况,在分析涡流分级机空气流动特性的基础上,采用计算流体动力学软件ANSYS CFX14.5对不同转速下环形区和转笼两区域各速度与转笼转速间关系进行了模拟。通过模拟可得:转笼转速大小影响环形区速度场稳定,并将导致转笼叶片间产生惯性反旋涡现象,存在一定范围的转速可使分级区的气流场稳定,从而使分级机的分级效率提高,最后,通过物料实验表明,模拟结果与实验结果相吻合。数值模拟对选择分级机合理的操作参数控制提供了一定的理论依据。 In order to obtain the flow field distribution of new type turbo classifier, base on air flow characteristics of classifier, the relationship between velocity of annular region and rotor cage and rotary speed under difference rotary speed was analysised by using computational fluid dynamic sofware ANSYS CFX14.5. The simulation results show that the rotary speed affects the stability of annular velocity field, it can lead to the phenomenon of counter vortex between the blades, there is a certain range speed can make the stability of the gas field in the classification area, so it will improve classification efficiency of new type turbo classifier. Finally, the experimental results show that the simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results, The numerical simulation provides a theoretial basis for control and choice of reasonable operating parameters of classifier.
