花岗岩渣粉制备蒸压加气混凝土的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用花岗岩渣粉为硅质原料制备蒸压加气混凝土,以抗压强度为表征指标,通过单因素变量试验讨论了各种配料对制品性能的影响,正交试验确定了原料的最佳配合比,探讨了蒸压养护制度与性能的关系。结果表明,配料对制品性能的影响程度依次为水料比、生石灰、水泥和石膏,蒸压温度和时间决定着水化硅酸钙的产率及结晶度,各因素之间互相协调、制约,合理的配合比和蒸压制度是形成良好孔结构和性能的关键因素。实验条件下,按水料比为0.60,石渣粉∶生石灰∶水泥∶石膏=66∶19∶10∶5,铝粉膏0.13%配料,1.2 MPa(188℃)下恒压7 h,得到体密度493.8 kg/m3、抗压强度4.4 MPa、导热系数0.119 W/(m·K)的制品。 Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) was prepared using granite dust as the siliceous material. The influences of various ingredients and autoclaved conditions on the performances of AAC were discussed through the single factor variable experiment, and the optimum mixture ratio of raw material was determined by orthogonal test. It was shown that the influence degree, in turn, was water/solid ratio, lime, cement and gypsum, and autoclaved temperature and time determined the production rate and crystallinity of hydrated calcium silicate. Rational mixing ratio of raw material and autoclaved system were keys to excellent pore-structure and performance. Under experimental conditions, AAC blocksample was obtained by adding 0. 13% aluminum powder-paste in accordance with the mass ratio of granite dust: lime: cement: gypsum = 66: 19: 10:5 and water/solid = 0.60, and being autoclaved at 188℃ ( steam pressure was 1.2 MPa) for 7 h. The bulk density, the compressive strength, and the thermal conductivity of the resultant were 493.8 kg/m3, 4.4 MPa and 0. 119 W/(m · K) respectively.
