《小儿按摩经》推拿治疗小儿惊风文献研究

Literature Research of Tuina in Infantile Massage on Infantile Convulsion Treatment

目的:对《小儿按摩经》中关于小儿惊风病文献进行统计分析,为小儿推拿治疗惊风临床选取手法及穴位提供参考。方法:收集《小儿按摩经》中推拿治疗惊风病的文献,对推拿手法及穴位的使用频次、手法种类、穴位使用数量及分布进行统计分析。结果:共收集推拿治疗惊风病处方的文献共36条,共使用手法6种,总频次224次,其中推法112次,掐法54次,运法、揉法各21次,分合法13次,摩法3次,复式手法14种,总频次39次;共取小儿推拿穴位(包括复式操作手法)50个,其中上肢部穴位35个,占70%;头面部穴位7个,占14%;躯干部穴位4个,占8%;下肢部穴位3个,占6%;其他部位1个,占2%,总频次219次。结论:《小儿按摩经》中推拿治疗小儿惊风病手法以推法、掐法、揉法等重刺激手法为主,且复式操作使用频率高;穴位分布多以上肢部穴位占绝大多数,头面、躯干、下肢也有分布,但仍以上肢部穴位为主,大部分穴位又集中在手部,便于推拿取穴和操作。

Objective： To count and analyze Infantile Massage of infantile convulsion literature and to provide reference for clinic to select techniques and acupoints of Tuina treating infantile convulsion.Methods： Collecting literatures of Infantile Massage on Tuina therapy of treating convulsion.To count and analyze the frequency of using,the types of Tuina manipulation,the number and distribution about the use of acupoints.Results： Totally collecting 36 literatures for Tuina therapy of infantile convulsion.Totally using 6kinds of Tuina manipulations,total frequency was 224,in which Tui manipulation was 112 times,Qia manipulation was 54 times,Yun manipulation was 21 times and the Rou manipulation was also 21 times,Fen and Ke manipulation was 13 times and Mo manipulation was 3times.There were 14 kinds of complex manipulation,the total frequency of was 39 times.Selecting50 Tuina acupoints including complex manipulation,among which the number of the acupoints about upper limbs was 35,accounting for 70%,the number of the acupoints about craniofacial was 7,accounting for 14%; the number of the acupoints about trunk acupoints was 4,accounting for 8%; the number of the acupoints about lower extremity acupoints was 3,accounting for 6%; the number of the acupoints about other parts was 1,accounting for 2%,the total frequency was 219.Conclusion： Tuina manipulation for infantile convulsion in Infantile Massage is focus on heavy stimulus manipulations of Tui,Qia and Rou manipulation,and complex manipulation using is high frequency; the distribution of acupoints is mostly focus on upper limbs,head and face,trunk andlower limbs also have distribution,but still mainly distributing on the upper limbs,the primary acupoints of upper limbs are concentrated in hands,being easy for selecting Tuina acupoints and operation.
