自拟健脾方治疗脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察及作用机制研究

Clinical Observation and Action Mechanism Study of Using Self-made Jianpi Decoction in the Treatment of Spleen Deficiency and Damp-heat Type Ulcerative Colitis

目的：观察自拟健脾方治疗脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效,并对其作用机制进行研究。方法：选取2012年7月-2015年6月来我院肛肠科就诊的门诊及住院患者105例,随机分为对照组52例和观察组53例。对照组给予口服美沙拉秦肠溶片,观察组给予对照组治疗方案的同时口服自拟健脾方。测定治疗前后两组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及IL-10含量,观察两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,IL-10水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组总有效率为82.7%,而观察组治疗总有效率为96.2%。结论：自拟健脾方治疗脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临,床疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of using Self-made Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type ulcerative colitis,and its mechanism was studied.Methods： Selecting 105 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients from July 2012 to June 2012 in anorectal department of our hospital,and randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,52 cases were advocated in the controlled group,53 cases advocated in observation group.The controlled group was given Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,Oral the treatment group was given Self-made Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.Determination of serum TNF alpha,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 before and after treatment of the 2groups,,and the clinical curative effect after treatment of the 2groups was observed.Results： TNF alpha,IL-6and IL-8levels of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the controlled group（P0.05）,the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than the controlled group（P0.05）; The total effective rate of the controlled group was 82.7%,the observation group was96.2%.Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of using Self-made Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type ulcerative colitis is good,it＇s worthy of clinical popularization and application.
