复元活血熏洗汤治疗下肢骨折术后肿胀疼痛疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Fuyuan Huoxue Fumigation and Washing Decoction ing the Treatment of Lower Limb Swelling and Pain in Patients with Fracture

目的:观察复元活血熏洗汤对下肢骨折术后疼痛和肿胀的缓解效果。方法:选取本院骨科收治的120例下肢骨折术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为中医组和常规组各60例,两组术后均采取常规康复治疗,中医组加用复元活血熏洗汤剂治疗,疗程均为10d,观察两组疼痛、肿胀缓解情况及治疗前后血液流变学指标变化。结果:中医组和常规组患者肿胀、疼痛、瘀斑症状评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前中医组和常规组凝血酶原时间、血沉、血浆粘度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6d后,中医组凝血酶原时间显著长于常规组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,中医组膝关节功能优良率为96.67%,常规组膝关节功能优良率为93.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:下肢骨折患者,应用复元活血熏洗汤对患者疼痛肿胀的缓解效果良好,对患肢功能恢复无不良影响。

Objective： To explore the alleviative effects of using Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in patients with pain,swelling of lower limb fracture after operation.Methods： Selected orthopedic hospital treated 120 cases of lower limb fracture patients were randomly assigned into Chinese medicine group and the conventional group,60 cases were in each group,postoperative were two groups were taking conventional rehabilitation therapy,the Chinese medicine group was given Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction,the treatment course was 10 days,observing pain,swelling and blood rheology of the two groups of patients.Results： The comparison of swelling,pain and ecchymosis symptom score between the two groups had statistically difference（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05） comparing prothrombin time,ESR,plasma viscosity ratio between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the conventional group,after 6-day treatment,prothrombin time of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly longer than the conventional group（P〈0.05）.After six months,the excellent rate of knee function was 96.67% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,and was 93.33% in the conventional group,it was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： It has good effect of using Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in patients with pain,swelling of lower extremity fractures.It has good recovery of limb function without adverse effects.
