清热活血合剂治疗头颈部肿瘤放射性口干症临床观察

Clinical Study of Using Qingre Huoxue Mixture in the Treatment of Radioactive Xerostomia

目的：观察清热活血合剂治疗头颈部肿瘤放射性口干症的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年3月-2014年8月在我科行放疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者共60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均行全程IMRT放射治疗及放射性口干症的基础治疗,实验组在上述基础上加用清热活血合剂,比较两组放疗后口干程度及唾液分泌量。结果：放疗结束后,实验组口干程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P=0.048）;实验组唾液分泌量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：运用清热活血合剂可以有效的减轻放射性口干症,值得在肿瘤放疗并发症的防治中推广运用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of using Qingre Huoxue Agent Mixture in treating head and neck cancer radioactive xerostomia.Methods： Totally 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,two groups underwent the full IMRT radiotherapy and radiaoactive xerostomia as basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Qingre Huoxue Mixture based on the above,the extent of dry mouth and saliva secretion of the two groups were compared after radiotherapy.Results： After the end of radiotherapy,the degree of dry mouth of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P = 0.048）; saliva secretion was significantly higher in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The use of Qingre Huoxue Mixture can effectively reduce radioactive xerostomia,is worthy of cancer prevention and treatment to promote the use of radiotherapy complications.
