针刺腰骶部华佗夹脊穴治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效与机理研究

Clinical Effect and Mechanism Study of Applying Acupuncture of Jiaji Acupoints of the Lumbar and Sacral in the Treatment of Uterine Myoma

目的:观察针刺腰骶部华佗夹脊穴治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年9月至2014年11月于我院妇科门诊就诊的73例子宫肌瘤患者,采用针刺腰骶部华佗夹脊穴治疗,疗程为2个月。结果:总有效率为93.1%,治疗后患者子宫肌瘤的平均体积较治疗前明显下降(t=7.864,P=0.035),治疗后月经过多、经期延长、急性腹痛、腹部肿胀、腰背酸痛等症状发生比率与治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:针刺腰骶部华佗夹脊穴治疗子宫肌瘤具有很高的疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of uterine myoma with acupuncture of Jiaji acupoints of the lumbar and sacral.Methods： 73 cases of patients with uterine myoma in outpatient department of gynecology from September2012 to November 2014 were collected,they were treated with the acupuncture of Jiaji acupoints of the lumbar and sacral for2 months.Results： The total effective rate was 93.1%,the average volume of uterine myoma after treatment decreased significantly than those before treatment（t = 7.864,P = 0.035）,After treatment,the symptoms such as excessive menstruation,prolonged menstruation,acute abdominal pain,abdominal swelling,back pain and other symptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of uterine myoma with the acupuncture of Jiaji acupoints of the lumbar and sacral has good effect,it is worthy of clinically promotion.
