王彦刚教授中西医结合治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化经验浅析

Experience Analysis of Professor WANG Yangang's Who Has Treated Primary Biliary Cirrhosis with Integrative Medicine

介绍王彦刚教授治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的临床经验。认为本病的中医基本病机为湿邪困阻,兼夹致病;治疗应以清化湿邪为主,根据病情的演变临证加减。初期湿易生热,以祛湿清热为主;中期虚实夹杂,加以活血祛瘀,软坚散结之法;后期肝肾阴虚,瘀水互结,施以甘寒淡渗,滋阴利水之法。并附验案1则。

The clinical experience of Professor WANG Yangang＇s treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis（ PBC） is introduced.The basic pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine is considered as dampness,which changes and arises other pathogenic factors. The main treatment is clearing dampness,and changing according to the different symptoms. Early period,dampness blocked heat in body,the method is clearing away damp and heat. Middle period,the syndrome is excess mingled with deficiency,the method is promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and resolving hard lump. Later period,the hepatic and renal Yin are deficiency,meanwhile,blood stasis is mingled with water-damp,so the method is nourishing Yin for diuresis. And there is also an effective case.
