心里暗示对针刺治疗颈椎病临床疗效的影响

The effection of Psychological implications on treatment of acupuncture for cervical spondylosis

目的:对比常规针刺与结合不同程度的心理暗示治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效,观察心理暗示对针刺疗效的影响。方法:将90例符合纳入标准的颈型颈椎病患者随机分成A组(针刺)、B组(一般暗示结合针刺)、C组(权威暗示结合针刺),每组各30例。穴位选风池(双侧)、双侧颈夹脊(C2、C4、C6)、肩井穴(双侧),连续治疗3天,选用视觉模拟疼痛量(VAS)、简化麦吉尔疼痛量表(SF-MPQ)作为评价指标。结果:1.治疗第1天后,SFMPQ(情感项)评分明显下降,C组与A、B组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗第2天后,VAS评分、SF-MPQ(情感项)下降明显,C组与A、B组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗第3天后,C组与A、B组比较,SF-MPQ(情感项)有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗结束后,同组前后比较,VAS评分、SF-MPQ评分有明显统计学差异(P<0.05),但组间VAS评分、SF-MPQ评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:针灸对治疗颈型颈椎病的疼痛症状疗效明显,心理暗示在改善患者的不良情绪上有一定作用,但对整体疗效影响不明显。

To evaluate the effection of Psychological implications on the treatment of acupuncture for cervical spondylosis.Methods： 90 cases of the cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divied into group A,group B,group C,everygroup had30 cases. Group A use acupuncture for treatment only,Group B use General Psychological implications and acupuncture for treatment. Group C use authority Psychological implications and acupuncture for treatment Choosing acupoint of GB20,GB21 and Jing Jiaji（ C2,C4,C6）. Using the visual analogue scale（ VAS）,short-form of Mc Gill pain questionnaire（ SF-MPQ） to estimate the effect. Results： After first day of treatment,SF-MPQ（ sensory） score decrease,Comparison group C with group A and B shows that the SF-MPQ（ sensory） score is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,After second day of treatment,both VAS and SF-MPQ（ sensory） score decrease,Comparison group C with group A and B shows that the VAS,SF- MPQ（ sensory）score are statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After third day of treatment,Comparison group C with group A and B shows that the SF-MPQ（ sensory） score are statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with before and after treatment of same group,All group＇ VAS score,MPQ scores were statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）,but no significant difference among groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of Acupuncture has obviously effection for cervical spondylosis,Psychological implications play an important role in improving the patient＇s negative emotions,but no obviously effect on overall effect.
