针刺配合透明质酸钠治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Acupuncture Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders

目的:通过临床观察,比较针刺配合透明质酸钠关节腔注射与单纯透明质酸钠关节腔注射对颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:将符合该病纳入标准的84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组分别42例。治疗组采用针刺配合透明质酸钠关节腔注射,对照组单纯采用透明质酸钠关节腔注射。对比两组的临床疗效及治疗前和治疗后的VAS评分和张口度。结果:治疗组的总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的88.10%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗结束后1周与治疗前比较,两组VAS评分较治疗前均明显减低,但治疗组低于对照组,有统计学意义P<0.05;两组最大张口度较治疗前均明显增高,但治疗组高于对照组,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:针刺配透明质酸钠关节腔注射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病疗效更佳,值得推广。

Objective： Through clinical observation,comparing the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection and pure sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection on the temporomandibular joint disorders. Methods： 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,42 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection. The controlled group were treated by sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection. Comparison of the two groups of clinical curative effect,and ssessed the before and after treating condition of the two groups by VAS scores,degree of open mouth. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 24%,was higher than 88. 10% in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0. 05. Comparing the two groups of VAS score,1week after treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Comparing the two groups of the degree of open mouth,1week after treatment,the treatment group was higher than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of applying apuncture combined sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder disease is good,and worthy of promotion.
