摘要
为提高葡萄产量,以夏黑葡萄为试料,从生理方面研究二花花芽分化过程中叶的营养代谢、从理论上指导高温、多湿、寡日照地区葡萄二次结果的产期调节技术,测定了一次果坐果后不同时间促进二花形成过程中的叶可溶性糖、淀粉及全氮的含量,并计算C/N。结果表明:不同时间处理夏黑葡萄,促成二花的措施,可提高夏黑葡萄叶的可溶性糖、淀粉的含量,降低总氮的含量,使得C/N增加,缩短了花芽分化的时间,促进A_2(一次果坐果23d,5月20日)和A_3(一次果坐果23d,5月27日)处理花芽分化。A_1(一次果坐果16d,5月13日)处理可溶性糖、淀粉的含量,总氮的含量虽然变化趋势和A_2和A_3处理相类似,但含量均低于A_2和A_3处理,A_1花芽分化率低。
In order to improve the yield of grape,the relationship between flower bud differentiation and leaf carbon and nitrogen content of Summer Black grape was studied,and the nutrient metabolism of the leaf during flower bud differentiation was studied from the physiological aspect,which can theoretically guide the secondary regulation of the grape in high temperature,humid and sunshine area.The contents of soluble sugar,starch and total nitrogen in the leaves of two fruit forming stage were measured at different time after fruit setting,and C/N was calculated.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar and starch in the leaves of Summer Black grape increased and the content of total nitrogen decreased,so the C/N increased and the time of flower bud differentiation was shorten.A2 and A3 to deal with flower bud differentiation.The contents of soluble sugar,starch and total nitrogen in A1 treatment were similar to those in A2 and A3 treatments,but their contents were lower than those in A2 and A3 treatments,and the differentiation rate of A1 was lower.
