摘要
本文主要研究不同的针尖形状、电极最小距离等工艺条件下,针尖凝水对纳米水离子净化性能的影响,在1m3环境舱内利用香烟烟雾进行洁净空气量测试,为水离子新型空气净化装置的研发提供依据。结果表明:凝水现象会导致放电的不稳定和随机性大大增加,打破装置参数对净化效果影响的一般规律;对于实验条件下的湿电极,采用针尖放电端相比球形放电端更有利于保证净化过程的稳定性。
Performance effect of condensate water on the nano-water ion purifier has been discussed in this paper, and the test of CADR had been done in a 1 cube laboratory, which would provide evidence for developing nano-water ion purifier. The result showed that the condensate water on the pinpoint could increase the chance of instability of the electrode discharge, which results in the breaking the general rule of the purifying. For the wet electrode, the needle-like shape has the more stable performance than the sphere pole.
