摘要
针对使用过程中烟气对滤料产生的短时间热冲击作用,以涤纶滤料纤维为研究对象,分别分析了热冲击作用下纤维细度、热冲击温度和热冲击时间对纤维性能的影响规律,结果表明:热冲击时间、热冲击温度、纤维细度均对涤纶纤维的断裂强力均为显著性影响;热冲击温度对纤维强度的影响呈先增加后降低的趋势;热冲击时间对涤纶纤维强度的影响也呈先增加再降低的趋势;而纤维细度在不同温度下表现出抵抗热冲击的变化规律不同。
The effect of fiber fineness, thermal shock temperature and thermal shock time on polyester filter material was discussed. The results show that thermal shock time, thermal shock temperature and fiber fineness have a significant effect on tensile strength. The tensile strength of polyester filter materials has increased firstly and then decreased as both thermal shock temperature and time increased. However, the tensile strength of polyester filter materials shows a different influence rule as fiber fineness under various temperature.
