摘要
本文以哈尔滨的某建筑项目为实例,根据实际条件建立设计建筑模型,同时根据GB50189-2005《公共建筑节能设计标准》相关要求建立基准建筑模型。通过对两种建筑模型进行能耗模拟并对其设计日逐时负荷和全年能源消耗组成等结果进行分析对比,分别从建筑照明系统、空调系统和玻璃幕墙三个方面提出了具体优化建议。
There are two building models in this paper which are based on the actual design conditions and the criterion of GB50189-2005. Some measures of building scheme optimization about lighting system, HVAC system and building walls are given through energy simulation and analyzing its result of load calculation and the annual energy consumption.
