加味桃核承气汤联合化疗治疗大肠癌术后患者的疗效观察

Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Operation

目的:观察桃核承气汤联合化疗治疗大肠癌术后患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年5月—2016年5月我院收治的大肠癌患者64例,随机分为联合组(32例)和对照组(32例),联合组采用加减加味桃核承气汤联合化疗治疗,对照组采用化疗治疗,两组疗程均为两个月,观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果:联合组和对照组的肿瘤缓解率分别为16.13%和15.63%;联合组中性粒细胞减少和恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀的不良反应例数均低于对照组,联合组不良反应率53.13%低于对照组71.88%。P均<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:桃核承气汤联合化疗对大肠癌术后患者,能明显减轻炎症反应,促进胃肠功能恢复,降低腹痛腹胀率的发生,且不良反应小,是治疗大肠癌术后的有效方法。

Objective ： To observe the Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer patients. Methods ：64 patients with colorectal cancer from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into a combined group （32 cases） and a control group （32 cases）. The combined group was treated by modified Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with Chemotherapy treatment, and the control group received chemotherapy treatment. Two groups were treated for two months, and adverse reactions were observed among patients. Results： In the combined group and control group the tumor remission rates were 16.13 % and 15.63% respectively;in the combined group neutropenia, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain and distension of the number of cases of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group. In the combined group the adverse reaction rate was 53.13% ,which was lower than that of control group with 71.88%. In the combined group borborygmus recovery time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperation after defecation time were earlier than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with chemotherapy for patients with colorectal cancer after operation can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence rate of abdominal pain, and the therapy has less adverse reaction, which is an effective method for the treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer.
