"一带一路"建设和华侨华人的海外发展统一于实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦这一具有世界历史意义的伟大事业中。"一带一路"建设凸显了中国梦的世界维度,是全球化时代实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的必然要求。华侨华人的海外发展凸显了中国梦的民族维度,是全球化时代中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的应有之义。"一带一路"建设在海外的落地与实施,离不开遍布世界各地的6000多万华侨华人的鼎力支持。参与和支持"一带一路"建设,是华侨华人实现自身经济、政治、科技、文化等多方面发展与提升的难得机遇。

Both 'One Belt One Road'construction and the development of overseas Chinese are embodied in achieving the 'China Dream' of revitalizing the nation. The former highlights the international dimension of the Dream as a necessity for bringing forward Chinese revitalization in the age of globalization, while the latter underlines the ethnic dimension of China Dream as an obligation for the revitalization in the times of globalization. The settlement and implementation of 'One Belt One Road' construction is impossible without the support of about 60 million overseas Chinese from all over the world. Their participation and support of theconstruction is in return a rare opportunity to develop and heighten up their strength in the aspects of economy, politics, technology and culture.
