摘要 与脑老化相关的神经退行性疾病主要包括阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）和帕金森氏病（Parkinson＇s disease,PD）。AD是发病率最高的老年神经退行性疾病,临床表现以近记忆障碍为主并逐步发展至全面性痴呆[1]。PD则是继AD之后发病率第二高的神经退行性疾病,
