网络热点事件微博评论中的情感冲突分析

Analysis of Emotional Conflicts in Microblog Comments About Hot Network Events

微博已经成为网络热点事件发布、传播以及推动过程的重要媒介,在微博中评论的内容尤为关键,它们可以推动热点事件的发展。微博评论中的情感冲突是网络热点事件中网民表达情感的主要方式。本文选取"玉林狗肉节"的微博评论作为案例,运用ROSTCM软件和文本分析法,采用"词—句—内容—策略"的研究脉络,梳理出情感冲突的内容和策略,发现了基于共识解决情感冲突的可能路径。

Microglog, China＇s version of Twitter, have become an important medium where hot network events are published, spread, and substantialized. The contents of Microblog become critically important because they are the fuels for the development of hot issues. Emotional conflicts are the way for the Internet users to express their opinions on hot issues. By using ROSTCM and Textual Analysis methods along with a word-phrase-content-strategy approach, this paper takes ＂Yulin Dog Meat Festival＂ as an example to categorize the contents of emotional conflicts and come up with strategies, which are accessible and operational for the solution of emotional conflicts.
