摘要
当代都市化进程的加快,都市消费社会也随之产生,为市场经济与信息化技术发展提供了坚实的物质基础和新的发展契机。信息化将传统社会存在的相对实体性、物态的方式,刚性的、稳态的社会形态,已经转变为趋向以非实体的、虚拟的方式存在,其社会形态是柔性的、易变的。信息化以全新的模式对传统社会的存在形态和消费观念进行清扫,为消费社会的来临铺平了道路。同时,都市依托其规模巨大的人口与空间,高度发达的物质生产与服务体系,发达的交通与信息,政策服务系统所形成的都市文化模式,为市场经济与信息技术的提升创造了一切可能的现实条件。市场经济与信息化技术成为都市消费社会发生的必不可少的机制性因素,其发展程度直接影响到消费社会的成熟与否。
Acceleration of contemporary urbanization results in the emergence of urban consumer society, thus laying down a solid material foundation and providing opportunities for the development of market economy and information technology. Informationization has changed the state of traditional social existence, which is characteristic of being physical, rigid, and stable, into a new form, which is non-physical, virtual, flexible, and easy to change. Informatization, in a brand new concept, has re-shaped the state of social existence and its ideology, thus paving the way for the coming of consumer society. Meanwhile, a mode of urban culture has been formed as the result of huge urban population and space, highly developed material production and service, and advanced traffic, information and policy systems. The mode, in return, creates all possible and realistic pre-conditions for the improvement of market economy and information technology, which are both indispensable institutional factors for the development of urban consumer society. The development degree of market economy and information technology decides how developed the consumer society might be.
