Evolution and Analysis on Diagnosis and Treatment Theory Framework of Chinese Traditional Headache

中医头痛诊疗理论框架的发展大体经历了以下四个阶段:(1)奠基阶段:秦汉以前,各医家的真知灼见与临床应验为头痛诊疗理论框架的形成奠定了理论与实践基础;(2)形成阶段:晋隋唐时期,拓展了头痛的诊疗理论,其中《外台秘要》以病统方的编写体例,初具头痛诊疗理论框架的雏形;(3)发展阶段:宋金元时期,形成了头痛的分经辨证诊疗模式、"病症——病机——方剂"的诊疗模式;(4)完善阶段:明清时期,重在调整与充实前期出现的理论框架,逐步实现了头痛"因、机、证、治"理论框架的完善。

This paper argues that diagnosis and treatment theory framework of Chinese traditional headache has gone through four phases ： （ 1 ） Foundation： Before Qin and Hart Dynasties, TCM established sound theoretical basis and accumulated rich experience. （2） Formation： In Jin - Sui - Tang Dynasty, the diagnosis and treatment theory of headache has abundant intentions. Waitai Miyao established the embryonic form of the framework of headache. （3） Development： In the period of Song - Jin - Yuan, two distinctive frameworks had been established. One was meridian differentiation and the other was ＂disease - pathogenesis - prescription＂. （4）Perfection： In Ming- Qing Dynasty, the framework of Song- Jin -Yuan Dynasty had been adjusted and enriched and the framework of ＂Etiology, Pathology, Syndromes and Treatment＂ had been perfect gradually.
