摘要 在探讨变应性鼻炎发病机制中,神经与免疫的相互作用一直是研究的热点,尤其体现在神经肽(NP)与肥大细胞(MC)之间的交互作用。二者不仅在形态结构上有密切联系;而且在其功能上的双向作用也在变应性鼻炎中发挥重要作用。由此引申出变应性鼻炎发病,并不是免疫系统孤立参与,还受神经系统调控,二者通过共有介质如:神经递质、受体、细胞因子等信息联络来实现,加深了对变应性鼻炎发病的理解。 In the process of exploring the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, nervous and immune interactions have always been the hot spot of the research, particularly in neuropeptide (NP) and the mast cells (MC). Both are closely related not only to the morphological structure but also to its function and they play an important role in allergic rhinitis. From this, allergic rhinitis is not isolated to participate in the immune system, and also is regulated by the nervous system. Both through the shared medium such as neurotransmitters, receptors and cytokines, which contact information, deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.
