自拟中药补肾活血方联合米非司酮胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕疗效分析及不良反应观察

Effect of Self-Made Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Mifepristone Capsule in Treatment of Uterine Endometrial Endometriosis with Infertility and Adverse Reaction

目的:探究并评价自拟中药补肾活血方联合米非司酮(mifepristone,MF)胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EM)合并不孕的疗效及安全性。方法:选择2014年10月—2016年3月在本院接受治疗的EM合并不孕患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组患者给予口服MF治疗,而观察组在此基础上给予自拟中药补肾活血方进行治疗。对两组患者疗效进行评价;比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能变化及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率为92.3%(36/39),对照组有效率为66.7%(25/39),两组有效率相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+和NK细胞活性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药补肾活血方联合MF治疗EM合并不孕疗效显著,能明显改善患者免疫功能,且不良反应更少。

Objective ： To explore and evaluate the efficacy and safety of self - made Bushmen Huoxue Decoction combined with mifepristone （MF） capsule in the treatment of uterine endometriosis （EM） combined with infertility. Methods：During October 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital ,78 cases of EM patients with infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases in each. The control group were treated with oral MF treatment and the observation group on the basis was given self - made Bushen Huoxue Decoction. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and the changes of immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：The effective rate was 92.3% （36/ 39） in the observation group and the control group＇s 66.7% （24/38）. Two groups＇ efficiency difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the observation group＇s CD3^ ＋ , CD4 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋/CD8^ ＋ and NK cell activity were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions of the two groups were significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with MF treatment of EM combined infertility can significantly improve the immune function of patients with few adverse reactions.
