中西医结合治疗儿童急性支气管炎临床疗效分析及其安全性评价

Analysis and Safety Evaluation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Children with Acute Bronchitis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗儿童急性支气管炎临床疗效及其安全性评价,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将本组136例急性支气管炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=68)和观察组(n=68);对照组采用西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上服用小青龙汤;两组治疗均以7 d为1个疗程。2个疗程后统计疗效,观察两组患儿治疗前后咳嗽、发热、咳痰评分变化及不良反应发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(80.88%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后咳嗽、发热、咳痰评分显著低于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、发热、咳痰评分显著低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生,用药安全有效。结论:小青龙汤联合西医对症治疗儿童急性支气管炎疗效显著,且用药安全可靠,具有重要的研究价值。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of combined treatment of children acute bronchitis to provide the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods：A total of 136 children with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into control group （ n = 68） and observation group （ n = 68）. The control group were treated with symptomatic treatment and the observation group on the basis used Xiaoqinglong Decoction. Two groups both lasted 7 d for a course of treatment. The therapeutic effects were observed after 2 courses. Two groups were observed fever, cough, expectoration, score changes and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Results ：The total effective rate in the treatment group （94.12%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.88 % ） and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The two groups＇ fever, cough, expectoration and score after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇s fever, cough, expectoration and scores after treatment were significantly lower than those of the the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups had no obvious adverse reaction, safe and effective. Conclusion：Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of children With acute bronchitis curative effect is remarkable and it is safe and reliable and has important research value.
