摘要
目的:通过观察中药活血消异方对子宫内膜异位症妊娠功能低下模型小鼠着床窗口期子宫内膜HOXA10基因表达量的影响,探讨子宫内膜异位症对子宫内膜容受性的影响机制以及活血消异方对子宫内膜异位症相关不孕症子宫内膜容受性改善的作用机理。方法:建立子宫内膜异位症妊娠功能低下的小鼠模型,随机分为模型组、中药组及假手术组,采用RT-PCR法检测各组小鼠种植窗口期子宫内膜HOXA10的表达水平。结果:假手术组种植窗口期子宫内膜HOXA10mRNA表达量高于中药组及模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而中药组种植窗口期子宫内膜HOXA10mRNA表达量高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症可导致小鼠种植窗口期HOXA10mRNA表达下调,进而降低其子宫内膜容受性。而中药活血消异方可上调小鼠子宫内膜HOXA10mRNA的表达,改善着床窗口期子宫内膜容受性。
Objective:We explored the mechanism of endometrial receptivity influenced by endometriosis (EM) through observing the expression of HOXA10 of the mice with endometriosis hypofunction pregnancy during the implantation window phase, which was affected by Huoxue Xiaoyi Formula. And the mechanism of endometrial receptivity of infertility - associated EM improved by Huoxue Xiaoyi Formula was also explored. Methods:We established mice models with endometriosis hypofunction pregnancy,which were randomly classified into the model group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and sham operation group. By RT - PCR technology, we detected the expression of HOXA10 during the implantation window phase. Results:During the implantation window phase, the expression of HOXA10 mRNA in the sham operation group was significantly higher than the TCM group and the model group(P 〈0. 05). The expression of HOXA10 mRNA in the TCM group was significantly higher than the model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:EM can decrease the expression of HOXA10 mRNA of the mice during the implantation window phase and then reduce the endometrial receptivity. Huoxue Xiaoyi Formula can increase the expression of HOXA10 mRNA and consequently improve the endometrial receptivity during the implantation window.
