摘要
在颗粒物包装袋生产线末端环节过程中,包装袋易出现歪斜、折叠问题,影响包装效果,增加加工成本。设计了基于机器视觉的颗粒物包装袋识别与摆正系统,该系统采用CCD图像传感器获取颗粒包装袋图像,通过上位机对该图像的边缘和点特征进行提取,识别颗粒物包装袋偏斜角度及偏移方向,下位机通过串口读取上位机处理所得包装袋偏移信息,并将此信息转换为摆正电机的步数及方向,以及控制吸盘装置吸起包装袋,根据转换的结果对摆正电机的运转和机械臂的转动同时控制。最后,成功研制了颗粒物包装袋识别与摆正系统样机并进行了试验,结果证实了基于机器视觉的颗粒物包装袋识别与摆正系统的有效性。
In the process of the end of the production line of the particle packaging bag,the problems of skew and folding often appears to affect the packaging effect and increases the processing cost.Particle packing bag recognition and straightening system is designed based on machine vision.The CCD image sensor is used to get the image of the particle packing bag in the system.The edge and the point feature of the image are extracted by the host computer to identify the skew angle and the offset direction of the packaging bag.The lower computer reads the packaging bag deviation information processed by the host computer through serial port,and convertes the information into the steps and the directions of the motor.As well as the suction cup device is triggered to suck the packing bag.According to the result of the conversion,motor rotating and mechanical arm running are controlled by the lower computer at the same time.Finally,the prototype of the particle packing bag recognition and straigtening system is successfully developed and tested.The results confirm that particle packing bag recognition and straightening system based on machine vision is effective.
