摘要
中职声乐专业招生生源及学生管理模式存在的问题及其"一对少"的教学特点为导师制提供了现实基础。针对中职声乐专业人才培养的要求与特点,建立由校内专业教师、校外兼职和高年级学生的导师队伍,确立以专业教学为中心的导师工作任务,形成以课外教学项目为载体,导、练、训、赛一体化的项目导向和任务驱动的导师工作模式,对学生在校期间的成长成才进行全方位的指导,促进学生综合素质的提升。
the problem of the source of recruit students and students affair mode as well as the "one to one" teaching mode provide the realistic basement for tutorial system in vocal major in senior professional education. According to the character of the talent cultivation in vocal major in senior professional education, it has established the tutor group which constitute by professional teacher in school, part-time teacher and high level students and confirmed the work task which centered with professional teaching. The "tutor working mode which based on teaching project outside class, competing has been formed. It gives all aspects the quality for students in school. oriented and driven by the serious of tutoring, training and of direction for the growing and being talent as well as prompts
