土地资源的状况往往决定了土地的性质和用途。在新型城镇化政策的提出后,如何整合资源便成为了热点问题。本文将从土地资源禀赋角度出发,通过建立土地资源禀赋评价指标体系,构造土地资源禀赋评价系数。从而为各地区整合土地资源提供参考建议,以达到科学合理利用土地资源的目的。
