深水油气工程科学问题与技术瓶颈——第147期双清论坛学术综述 被引量:23

摘要 随着世界海洋石油技术与装备的发展,海洋石油勘探开发已从常规水深(小于500 m)向深水(500 m^1 500 m)和超深水(大于1 500 m)发展。我国深水海域面积广阔,资源潜力大,勘探前景良好。南海海域具有丰富的油气资源,约占我国油气总资源量的1/3,其中70%蕴藏于深水区域,开发前景广阔。我国当前的油气勘探开发仍主要集中在陆上和近海,因此,加强深水油气资源开发相关基础理论、装备与技术研究,具有十分重要的战略意义。2015年10月17—18日,国家自然科学基金委员会工程与材料科学部、数理科学部、地球科学部会同政策局联合召开了主题为"深水油气工程科学问题与技术瓶颈"的第147期双清论坛,来自国内30多所高校、科研院所的50余名专家学者应邀出席。与会专家通过充分而深入的研讨,凝炼出深水油气工程涉及的关键科学问题与技术瓶颈,探讨了相关前沿研究方向和科学基金资助战略。 With the remarkable progress of marine petroleum technology and equipment, offshore oil and gas exploration and development has risen from the conventional water depth ( 〈 500m) to the deepwater (500m - 1500m) and ultra-deepwater ( 〉 1 500m). The deepwater area is vast in our country, and the resource potential is large with good exploration prospects. Especially, there are very rich resources of oil and gas in the South China Sea, which account for one third of the total resources in our country, 70% of which lies in the deepwater area. However, the current exploration and exploitation of oil and gas resources in our country is still mainly concentrated in onshore and offshore shallow water areas. Therefore, it is of important strategic significance for our country to strengthen research on the basic theory, equipment and technology in deepwater oil & gas engineering. On 17-18 October 2015, the 147^th Shuangqing Forum supported by the the National Natural Science Foundation of China has been held in China, which theme is "Scientific problems and technical bottlenecks in deepwater oil & gas engineering". Threre are more than 50 relevant experts and scholars to attend the forum, who are from 30 universities and scientific research institutes. In the forum, the scientific problems and technical bottlenecks in deepwater oil & gas engineering have been presented through full and thorough discussion, and the research frontier and the funding strategies of scientific fund have been discussed.
