摘要
以氯化锶、硝酸锶为原料,碳酸氢钠、苯甲酸钠等为矿化剂,利用水热法合成了束状碳酸锶晶体聚集体。采用粉末X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等仪器对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征,对苯甲酸钠的作用和聚集体形成的机理进行了初步探讨。研究表明:苯甲酸钠对碳酸锶晶体束状聚集体的形成有显著作用,得到的晶体产物束状结构形态特征明显、均匀性好;同时温度的提高有利于晶形完好的碳酸锶晶粒的形成。
Using strontium nitrate, strontium chloride as raw material, sodium bicarbonate and sodium benzoate as mineralizer, sheaf-like strontium carbonate crystal aggregate were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. The as-prepared SrCO3 crystals were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the effect of sodium benzoate and formation mechanism of SrCO3 crystal aggregate were explored. The results indicate that sodium benzoate has an important influence on the formation of sheaf-like SrCO3 crystal aggregate, the sheaf-like morphology is novel with good uniformity under the experimental conditions of adding sodium benzoate as the mineralization agent, and the prepared samples have uniform crystallinity and fine crystalline under high temperature.
