BaSO_4-CaCO_3-CaF_2基高发射率建筑保温隔热涂料的制备研究

摘要 以自制BaSO4-CaCO3-CaF2为功能填料,水性丙烯酸乳液为成膜物质,钛白粉和滑石粉为体质颜料,辅以多种功能助剂,按一定配比混合经搅拌和球磨制得高发射率建筑保温隔热涂料。采用XRD、FT-IR及光谱发射率等手段分析表征了功能填料的结构和红外功能特性,研究了钛白粉添加量、功能填料添加量及搅拌时间分别对涂料太阳光反射比、隔热温差及稳定性的影响,优化了涂料最佳配比。结果表明:功能填料在7-20μm波段内平均发射率为0.89;钛白粉和功能填料添加量分别为16%和30%,搅拌时间为23h时,涂层隔热温差可达18.4℃,涂料红外光谱发射率最高可达0.93,在7-20μm波段内平均发射率为0.90,涂层具有良好的保温隔热效果。 The thermal insulation architectural coatings with high emissivity were successfully prepared by stirring and milling the mixture according to a certain ratio with BaSO4-CaCO3-CaF2 functional filler, water-based acrylic emulsion, titanium dioxide, talcum powder and a variety of functional additives as raw materials. The structure and infrared features obtained functional filler was characterized by XRD, FT-IR and emissivity examination techniques. The effects of the stirring time, amount of titanium dioxide and functional filler on the solar reflectance, the insulation temperature difference and stability of coatings were also studied, respectively. The results show that the average emissivity of functional filler was0. 89 in 7-20 μm. The insulation temperature difference, highest spectral emissivity and average emissivity of the coatings was 18.4 ℃, 0.93, 0.90 in 7-20 μm respectively at the titanium dioxide amount of 16%, the functional filler amount of 30% and the stirring time of 23 h, indicating that the coatings exhibited excellent thermal insulation performance.
