针对我国目前老龄化的趋势与养老医疗欠缺的严峻环境,结合日益成熟的云计算技术提出"互联网+养老医疗"的老年日间照料中心新模式。本文首先论述信息化在养老医疗中的发展现状,介绍"互联网+养老医疗"的市场因素。然后,在此基础上构建日间照料中心的整体架构,从日间照料中心的建设和云平台的接入和建设两方面探讨构建的方式与内容。最后,结合项目运营合作和风险对策的研究,总结"互联网+养老医疗"老年日间照料中心的显著优势与创新。

From the perspective of the aging society and the deficient medical care, the paper presents a new model of the Internet-plus community-based medical day care centers for the aged, combined with the growing cloud computing technology. First, it states the development of informatization in the old-age care and introduces the market factors of the new model. Secondly, it suggests to build the overall framework of the Internet-plus day care centers, discusses the methods and contents form the construction and the access of cloud platform. Finally, with the study of business cooperation and risk countermeasure, it shows the unique advantages and innovation of the Internet plus day care centers.
