Reform and Practice of the Talents Training Mode in Material Engineering Technology ——A Case Study of Material Engineering Technology in Pingxiang University

本文介绍了材料工程技术专业的"4.5+1.5"工学结合人才培养模式,将所有专业课程进行整合,以陶瓷材料的制备工艺流程为主线,分工序段设置专业课程,以及同生产性实训为手段共同构建了体现工学结合、实境教学的基于陶瓷生产过程的课程体系。该模式对于其他专业人才培养模式的改革具有一定的借鉴意义。

The paper introduces the ＂4.5＋1.5＂ talents training mode with a combination of work and study to cultivate material engineering technology talents, in which all professional courses are integrated, the preparation process of ceramic material is set as the main line, and the professional courses are offered according to different processes. A curriculum system is set up based on the ceramic production process, which embodies the combination of engineering and teaching reality with productive training. The mode is of certain reference significance for the reform of other professional talents training modes.
