摘要
目的:观察微小RNA-155(miRNA-155)在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular cancer,HCC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:应用实时定量反转录PCR检测77例HCC患者癌组织和癌旁组织中miRNA-155表达情况,并分析不同病理特征HCC患者间miRNA-155表达差异。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析miRNA-155和患者预后的关系。结果:miRNA-155在HCC癌组织中表达量显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);高miRNA-155表达和HCC患者TMN分期(P<0.05)、微血管侵犯(P<0.05)密切相关。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,miRNA-15高表达的HCC患者平均生存期(16.07±1.52)个月,miRNA-155低表达患者为(28.25±1.38)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:miRNA-155在HCC患者中存在过表达,且与患者预后存在一定关系。
Objective:To observe the expression of micro-RNA-155 (miRNA-155) in tissues of hepatocellular cancer (HCC) and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis. Methods:Quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the expression of miRNA-155 in the cancerous tissues and para-cancerous tissues of 77 patients with HCC,and the difference of miRNA-155 expression in HCC patients with different pathological characteristics was analyzed. Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the eorrelation between miRNA-155 and patients' prognosis. Results:miRNA- 155 expression was evidently higher in cancerous tissues than that in para-cancerous tissues of HCC (P 〈 0.01 ). High expression of miRNA-155 was in close association with TMN staging (P 〈 0.05) and mierovaseular invasion (P 〈 0.05) in patients with HCC. Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that the average survival time was (16.07±1.52) months in HCC patients with high expression of miRNA-155 and (28.25 ± 1,38 ) months in those with low expression of miRNA-155, and there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conelusion:MiRNA-155 over-expresses in patients with HCC and it has certain relationship with patients' prognosis.
