摘要
目的初步探讨优质护理服务干预对于普内科护理质量的影响。方法选取武警成都医院心内科和呼吸内科2014-08/2015-08收住的224例患者为研究对象,随机分为心内科为优质护理干预组(n=112)和呼吸内科为常规护理对照组(n=112)。比较两组患者的平均住院时间、护理不良事件发生率及护理工作满意度为观察指标。结果优质护理干预组与常规护理对照组相比较平均住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05)、护理不良事件发生率降低(P<0.05),同时患者对护理工作满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论优质护理干预措施有效提升了心内科护理质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in nursing quality in the depart- ment of internal medicine. Methods Patients who accepting therapy in department of internal medicine from August 2014 to August 2015were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 112 patients. The observation group was given the high quality nursing service and the control group was given routine nursing care. The average hospitalization days, the incidence of nursing adverse events and patient satisfaction in nursing were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the average hospitalization days were shorten ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the incidence of nursing adverse events were decreased (P 〈 0. 05 ) and the patient satisfaction was improved (P 〈0. 01 ) in observation group. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service can significantly improve the quality of nursing in department of internal medicine.
