摘要
文章从秸秆还田土壤中分离纯化出一株纤维素降解菌JJU-D,经鉴定该菌为镰刀菌。用PDA培养基分离纯化菌株,并通过单因素法观察菌株在不同温度、pH值、碳源浓度条件下生长特性。结果表明:纤维素降解菌JJU-D的生长期大约为7d,最佳生长温度为25℃,最适pH值9-10,最适碳源浓度为7.5g/L。文章分离筛选出高效纤维素降解菌并研究其生长特性,以期提高秸秆利用率,在农业固体废弃物领域将具有较好的应用前景。
In order to obtain the high - efficiency strain of decomposing cellulose, the experiment was carried out to isolate the strain of decomposing cellulose from the straw return soil and investigated the growth characteristics. The strain was named JJU - D and identified as Fusarium proliferatum. The growth characteristics were observed under different temperatures, pH values and carbon sources. Results showed that the growing period of the strain JJU - D was 7 days. The optimum temperature, pH value and carbon source concentration were 25℃, 9 x10 and 7. 5g/L. Conclusion: The isola- ted strain would have a great potential to be applied in the agricultural solid wastes treatment.
