摘要
彝良某矿山目前采用的采矿方法为盘区机械化下向进路充填采矿法,对围岩和地表形成有效保护,井下各采场主要以局扇通风为主,大部分工作面为独头巷道。由于膏体凝固过程自身发热及作业面产生的炮烟、粉尘及设备散热,不能在较短时间内有效地排入主回风系统,部分污风在采场内循环及扩散,使采场内温度较高,作业环境较差。随着矿山井下开采范围的扩大、开采深度的向下推移以及产能扩大后矿井需风量的变化,采场现有局部通风及其设施已不能满足生产通风的要求。本文对采场通风技术进行了研究,应用采场内预留回风井与主回风系统及主充填管线进行有效对接,使采场内通风满足规范要求,作业环境得到较大改善。
The mining method of the main working site of one Yiliang mine is panel mechanized downward drift cut - and - fill- ing stoping method, which forms the effective protection for the surrounding rock and earth surface, local fan ventilation is mainly adopted for all underground stope, most of the working face is heading face. Because of self - heating during the paste solidification process, and the fume, dust generated from the working face, as well as the equipment carry - off heat, all of them cannot be discharged into the main air re- turn system effectively, some polluted wind circulated and diffused in stope, which caused high temperature inside the stope, so the working environment is bad. The current local ventilation and the ventilation devices cannot meet the production ventilation requirements along with the air volume demand change caused by expansion of underground exploitation range, the downward trend of the exploitation depth, as well as the produetion eapaeity expansion. The ventilation technology of the stope is researched ; application of the reserved return air shaft, main air return system and main filling pipeline on the stope for effective joint, thereby the ventilation inside the stope can meet the standard re- ffuirement, the working environment is greatly improved.
