四川某高硫难选低品位铜矿选矿试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 四川某高硫难选低品位铜矿含铜0.60%,含硫15.24%,原矿性质表明该矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、斑铜矿和黄铜矿;主要脉石矿物为石英和方解石。根据其矿石性质针对性地进行了选矿试验研究,通过优先浮选流程,先浮铜再浮硫,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%条件下,最终得到了铜精矿铜品位为25.53%,回收率为88.42%;硫精矿硫品位为44.56%,回收率为66.81%的浮选指标。 One refractory copper ore with high sulfur and low grade in Sichuan contains copper 0. 60%, sulfur 15.24% , the raw ore properties show, the main metal minerals in ore are pyrite, bomite and copper pyrite; the main gangue ores are quartz and calcite. The mineral processing experimental study is carried out according to ore properties through differential flotation process, first flotation of cop- per, then flotation of sulfur, under the condition that the grinding fineness is - 0. 074mm and account for 80%, the copper concentrate which the copper grade is 25.53%, the recovery rate is 88.42% can be got; as well as the sulfur concentrate with the sulfur grade is 44. 56%, and the recovery rate is 66. 81%.
