双顶吹铜冶炼工艺金属镍分配及走向研究 被引量:2

摘要 对双顶吹铜冶炼工艺中金属镍的分配及走向做了分析和总结,研究结果表明,金属镍主要通过外购冰铜和外购粗铜物料带入冶炼系统,分别占53.25%和41.05%,随铜精矿带入冶炼系统量较少。熔炼过程中镍有98.89%以Ni3S2形态进入铜锍,极少部分进入炉渣中。吹炼系统中镍有27.74%的进入粗铜,71.68%的进入吹炼渣而脱除,吹炼渣又返回熔炼炉处理。阳极炉的镍51.71%来自于粗铜,31.88%的来自于外购粗铜,15.77%的则来自于电解返回的残极。阳极铜带入电解系统的镍主要通过硫酸镍和阳极泥开路出去,分别占67.62%和11.14%,而18.10%镍随电解残极返回阳极炉。 The metallic nickel distribution and trend in double top-blown copper smelting process is analyzed and summarized, the study results show, the metallic nickel is dragged into the smelting system by outsourcing matte and outsourcing crude copper materials, which accounts for 53.25% and 41.05% separately, there's small amount dragged into the smelting system along with the copper concen- trate. In the smelting process, there is 98. 89% nickel enter into copper matte in Ni3S2 form. In the blowing system, there is 27.74% nickel into the crude copper, and 71.68% entered into the blowing slag and removed, the blowing slag is return back to the smelting furnace for treatment. There is 51.71% nickel in the anode furnace from the crude copper, 31.88% from the outsoureing crude copper, 15.77% from the returned anode scrap of electrolysis. The nickel dragged into the electrolysis system by anode copper is mainly removed by nickel sulfate and anode slime, it account for 67. 62% and 11.14% separately, and there is 18. 10% nickel return back to anode furnace along with the electrolysis anode scrap.
