改性粉煤灰处理含油废水COD的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在实验室采用三种方法分别对粉煤灰进行改性,并用改性后的粉煤灰处理含油废水中的COD。结果表明:在各改性粉煤灰中,经AlCl_3和FeCl_3改性处理的粉煤灰去除COD效果最好,最佳工艺条件为:pH=10,搅拌时间为30 min,灰水的质量比为1∶10。在该工艺条件下,含油废水经粉煤灰处理后,出水的COD去除率可达90%以上。 In this paper, three different methods were used to carry on the modification to the fly ash,and then operates the processing to treating COD in the oily wastewater with each kind of modified fly ash.The result indicated that in several kinds of modified fly ash, the COD elimination effect is the best after being processed by the fly ash that is modified by AlCl3 and FeCl3;The experiment indicated that the best technological conditions of modified fly ash removing COD was: p H equals 10, reaction time was 30 min, and the proportion of mass to water is 1∶10. Under this technological conditions, the COD removal rate of the oilcontaining wastewater may reach above 90%.
