摘要 动车组构架横向蛇行运动导致的报警问题呈多发趋势,造成动车组降速运行或停车。本文以动车组横向报警现象为研究对象,采用报警区段调研、报警动车组测量、动车组线路试验等方法,研究造成构架横向报警的原因,并提出改善措施。调研与试验表明:钢轨宽光带、轨距角磨耗以及车轮凹磨造成了轮轨匹配等效锥度显著增大,是构架横向报警的主要原因。采用钢轨打磨、车轮旋修的方法可以显著提高构架的横向稳定性;同时,对旋床工艺改进、优化钢轨廓形与车轮型面、动车组悬挂参数合理匹配等措施同步进行,才能最终改善构架的横向性能,消除构架横向报警。 Alarms caused by bogie lateral instability of EMU train are an upward trend, and caused the speed reduced or stop of EMU train. This paper aims at the bogie lateral alarm phenomenon, using the methods of alarm area investigation, alarm EMU train meas- urement and running test to analyze the cause of bogie lateral instability, and proposes the improvement measures. These investigation and test indicate that wide light band of rail, wear of rail corner and wheel tread hollow grind cause a distinct increase of wheel/rail matching equivalent conicity, which is the main reason for bogie lateral alarm. Using rail grinding and wheel re-profiling could observ- ably improve lateral stability of bogie; meanwhile, lathe process improvement, rail profile and wheel tread optimizing, reasonable matc- hing of suspension parameters of EMU train should be carried out simultaneously, so that the lateral performance of bogie can be im- proved eventually, and then bogie lateral alarms can be eliminated.
