摘要
为探讨茧色的形成机理,对红色蚕及其茧、丝腺进行解剖观察,然后测定丝心蛋白的氨基酸组成和含量,最后应用光谱法测定红色素和家蚕丝心蛋白之间的相互作用。结果显示:红色素在丝腺中全部着色,前部、中部、后部丝腺及吐丝管都完全着色,白蚕和红蚕丝心蛋白组分及含量的变化基本相同,丝心蛋白上的酪氨酸残基参与了猝灭过程,结合作用为氢键结合。
To explore the formation mechanism of cocoon color, the red silkworms were taken to do anatomical observation on their cocoons and silk glands, and then determine the content and amino acid composition in fibroin, finally investigate the interaction between red pigment and fibroin. The results show red pigment was fully colored in silk gland, including the front, middle and hind parts as well as the spinneret. The white silkworm and red one have basically the same composition and content of fibroin, and the tyrosine in fibroin plays a great role in quenching process, while the interaction was hydrogen bonding.
