摘要
对湖北省保存的11个中系和10个日系家蚕品种资源进行了NPV添食试验,调查统计其发病率。中系发病率最高的品种是27,平均发病率为45.56%,最低的品种为E春,平均发病率为34.86%;日系发病率最高的品种是812,平均发病率为48.84%,最低的是9902,平均发病率为32.62%。中系品种资源的发病率差异不显著,而日系品种资源的发病率差异显著,发现9902品种的抗性较强,812品种的抗性较差。
The 11 Chinese and 10 Japanese silkworm varieties were fed with NPV, and the disease inci- dence was investigated. The results showed that the highest disease incidence in Chinese silkworm va-rieties was 27, the average incidence was 45.56%, and of which the lowest was E--chun, the average incidence was 34.86 %. The highest disease incidence in Japanese silkworm varieties was 812, the average incidence was 48.84%, and of which the lowest was 9902, the average incidence being 32.62%. SPSS analysis indicated that there was no significant difference between the Chinese silkworm varieties, but there were significant differences between the Japanese silkworm varieties. 9902 had the strongest resistance to NPV, and 812 had lowest resistance to NPV.
