法国校企联合培养(CIFRE)博士生就业质量初析

Review on the Employment Quality of Doctors Financed by French Industrial Research Training Convention(CIFRE)

文章首先简要概述法国校企联合培养博士项目(CIFRE)概况,然后基于法国职业资格调研中心和其他机构的调查数据,从失业率、工作性质、工作报酬、就业单位规模以及工作满意度等五个维度分析CIFRE博士生就业质量,指出CIFRE项目可以有效减少博士失业率,促进博士在企业就业,并提高博士的工作满意度。针对我国博士生就业的现状,提出法国CIFRE项目在提高就业质量方面的有益经验是值得我国借鉴的。

This review firstly gives a brief overview of the French industrial research training convention （CIFRE） program, and then based on the survey data reported by the French career qualification research center and other agencies. The analysis of the unemployment rate, job nature , remuneration, employment unit scale and job satisfaction have been conducted and it points out that the CIFRE can effectively reduce the un- employment rate and improve the doctoral job satisfaction. In view of the present situation of Chinese doctoral employment, the beneficial experience from the French CIFRE project in improving the employment quality is instructive to the graduate education in China.
