化工安全复合型人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on the Training Mode of Compound Talents in Safety of Chemical Industry

文章针对我国目前化工行业对化工安全领域应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和工程管理人才迫切需求的现状,结合欧美等发达国家典型化工安全人才培养经验,在分析我国化工安全特色的基础上,总结了我国当前化工安全人才培养存在的问题与不足。按照教育部和国家安全生产监督管理总局2014年8月联合发布的《教育部国家安全监管总局关于加强化工安全人才培养工作的指导意见》(教高〔2014〕4号)要求,分别从化工安全研究生教育、本科教育和继续教育三个方面介绍中国石油大学(华东)在培养知工艺、懂安全、精技术和会管理的化工安全专业复合型人才方面所进行的探索,该探索对于加强我国化工安全人才的培养具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

According to the present situation of the urgent demand of the chemical safety field applied and compound personnel of high - level engineering technology and engineering management in China＇s chemi- cal industry, this paper concludes the existed problems of China＇s current security chemical personnel training by combining the typical chemical safety personnel training experience in Europe and other developed countries and analyzing the characteristics of China＇s chemical safety. Meanwhile, based on the requirements of the poli- cy named Strengthening the Cultivation of Talents of Chemical Safety Guidance issued jointly by the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Production Safety Supervision and Management of the ＂ August 2014＂ （ Jiaogao [ 2014 ] No. 4）, it explores the talents cultivation of understanding chemical safety knowledge process and these professional talents can recognize the essence of technology and management of chemical safety from the study of chemical safety education, undergraduate education and continuing education respec- tively in China University of Petroleum （ East China） , which provides the reference and suggestion for impro- ving the training of chemical safety personnel in China.
