三次采油投资项目经济评价方法研究与应用

Research and application of economic evaluation method of investment projects in tertiary oil recovery

针对长庆油田三次采油项目逐年增多的状况，开展了三次采油投资项目经济评价方法研究。从投资估算、成本费用分析、财务经济评价及项目风险分析等方面对三次采油项目的经济评价方法进行了研究并采用“有无项目对比法”对某区某三次采油项目进行了评价。结果表明，该评价方法具有很强的科学性，计算的经济效益指标与实际效果基本相符合。为长庆油田三次采油技术经济评价方法提供了依据。

The study of economic evaluation method of the tertiary oil recovery project is conducted in the light of the situation that the tertiary oil recovery projects in Changqing Oilfield is increasing year by year. The methods of economic evaluation of tertiary oil recovery projects were studied from the aspects of investment estimation, cost analysis, financial or economic evaluation, and project risk analysis. A tertiary oil recovery project of certain district was evaluated with the method of ＂ have/have-no project comparison＂. The results show that the evaluation method is highly scientific, and the computed economic benefit index is basically consistent with the actual effect, which provides the basis for the economic evaluation of the tertiary recovery technology in Changqing Oilfield.
