线型聚能切割器爆破拆除钢结构烟囱的优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 以一座120m高钢结构烟囱爆破拆除工程为研究背景,为获得该工程中所用线型聚能切割器较优的结构参数组合,采用正交优化设计的方法,研究了线型聚能切割器罩顶角2α、母线长dm、罩壁厚δ和炸高H四个主要因素对聚能射流的影响,选取L27(313)正交优化表,以射流侵彻钢板最大深度Yi作为评判指标,利用LS-DYNA有限元分析软件进行数值计算,得到4个因素对评判指标Yi影响的主次顺序,获得了最佳的结构参数组合:罩顶角2α取90°、母线长dm取25mm、罩壁厚δ取1.0mm、炸高H取10mm。将优化后的线型聚能切割器应用于实际工程中,效果良好,符合工程要求。 Taking a 120 m high steel structure chimney blasting demolition project as the research background, in order to obtain the optimal combination of the linear shape energy cutter used in the project, the orthogonal optimization design method was used to study the effect of the linear shaped energy cutter. L27 (3^13)orthogonality optimization table was adopted and the maximum depth Yi of the steel plate penetrated by the jet was taken as the index of judging. The effects of four factors inclu-ding the apex angle 2a, the length dm, the wall thickness 8 and the charge height H on shaped charge jet were selected to analyze. The LS-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to calculate the parameters. The sequence of effect of these four factors on Yi was obtained. The optimal combination of structure parameters was that 2a equals to 90°, dm equaled to 25 mm, was 1.0 mm and H was 10 mm. The optimized linear shaped energy cutter was applied to the actual project and the result was good, which met the engineering requirements.
